Lunch:

1/2 ear corn on the cobb- 40
1/4 baked potato w/ light sour cream, a sprinkle of cheese, and a smidge of bacon bits- 85
Snack:
Protein shake- 120
Dinner:
Taco Salad- 350
Treat:
1/2 cup of light vanilla ice cream w/ a little root beer- 130
Total: 1365
Burned: 782 (Run 45 minutes and abs)
Feels good to be back!
